Does anyone know what the real story is regarding scruples products such as high DEF colored and blazing. Seems to be a lot of miss information. There is a production problem. There is a shipping problem. I called the corporate offices and got a hokey standard read from the paper response from the customer service rep . Anybody out there have any information? The product is made in the USA but I'm wondering if the raw ingredients are not coming from China?

Hi Tina, I've never had problem with that product despite that I used it very few times. For the ingredients, it won't surprise me if they come from China... What kind of problem did you get? Are your unhappy with the product itself or the delivery?

well you can't say that everyone have the same situation it would totally depends upon of the nature of hair ..
