2024 may be the ideal year to at last do a significant hair style since bounces are moving, and the most smoking style at the present time, the Italian weave, is an extraordinary choice for fledglings. The European-motivated look includes a jawline length hair unobtrusively shaped to fall around the face. https://www.elixir.org.pk

I have had a few short hair cuts now, asking for a bob haircut with no layers. For some reason each time I have had it cut above my shoulders, the right side of my hair appears to have sections chopped out unevenly and it looks very stepped and completely different to the left side. I’ve been really disappointed with this so have changed salons a few times- initially thinking it was due to not going to a decent salon and so I’ve been to try highly rated and more expensive places, but I’ve still encountered the same problem. At my most recent visit, I did some research beforehand by checking posts on Instagram so I could see what kind of cuts and styles different stylists do and chose the stylist based on this and so I could show her what I wanted based on what she does most- lots of bob hair cuts with nice beach styled waves. I explained I’d had some cuts I didn’t like because of the layers being chopped too much and asked for a straight/ blunt finish, because I have very straight hair and still want to be able to wear it without needing to blow dry/ style it every day. I also showed her some Pinterest photos of styles I like. I said I didn’t want layers due to previous haircuts I didn’t like and the stylist said she wouldn’t cut layers in but just chop into it so it would fall nicely. I chose a salon with excellent reviews and paid quite a lot for a cut and balayage colour (£165) to try to avoid a bad hair cut. I got on really well with the stylist and really like the way it looks on the left side as it blends very nicely, but on the right side it looks randomly chopped, doesn’t lie nicely and is very different to the left side- the same problem I’ve had with other short haircuts from different salons. I do have a side parting on my left side and wondered if it was due to this, but the stylist cut my hair with the parting in the middle and she said this shouldn’t make a difference. But even when I wear the parting in the middle it still looks unevenly chopped into on the right but nicely blended on the left side. I found a video online suggesting what the problem might be- that it’s to do with the direction of the point cutting (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=URq4Js3DUZg). Where can I go that would avoid doing this? Should I go back to the salon and show this to the stylist as I got on really well with her and felt she listened to me? I don’t want to be a bad customer and I have no hairdressing experience so think it may be bad etiquette to suggest that it’s a problem like in the YouTube video (in the link above). I really want a good haircut but don’t know why I’ve had the same problem from multiple different stylists. I’ve attached photos below so you can see what I mean- this is freshly washed and just blow dried, nothing else. I can hide the stepped/ choppy look when i style it with waves, but would like to be able to let it dry naturally and also be able to wear my hair naturally straight. Any advice and suggestions on how to explain to future stylists that I don’t want the stepped/ choppy look on the right side of my hair?

I'm wondering if anyone could direct me to some easy to understand and simple tutorial on how to cut long hair to shoulder length with a taper. So that it's not an abrupt cut/chop. I know their are many videos out there but I'm looking for something very direct and that an amateur could work with.
